In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating transport orders for various metals, both nationally and internationally. This may involve transport by truck, ship or sea container. You interact daily with customers, fellow planners, transporters, forwarders, commerce, branches and other internal and external stakeholders.

Your goal? To ensure that everything runs as efficiently, accurately and safely as possible. You will also ensure correct administrative handling and reporting of the work carried out.

What are your main tasks?

Scheduling transportation orders .
Coordinating carriers and freight forwarders.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders for a flawless supply chain.
Administrative preparation, handling and reporting of shipments.
Act as an inquiry point for customers and transporters.
Actively advise on improvement opportunities.
